The Corridor Card is a shared 9x12 postcard mailed every month to the homes between the Dominion and Fair Oaks Ranch. Twelve to fourteen local businesses. One per category. Design, printing and postage included.

A shared card fixes the price. Five thousand homes' worth of postage and printing, split fourteen ways, is why a category on the Corridor Card costs less than a week of Google Ads.
One plumber. One roofer. One dentist. Your competitor cannot buy the spot next to you, this issue or any issue while you renew.
The Dominion, Leon Springs, La Cantera and Fair Oaks Ranch. Big houses, big projects, and owners who hire instead of DIY.
Send a logo, a real photo, one offer and one customer quote. We design your cell, you approve a proof, we print on heavy stock and hand it to the post office. Every cell gets its own tracking number and a results report at day 30.
Nine by twelve inches, 16-point stock, every cell the same size so nobody is buried. The front is the fridge side. The back carries six more businesses and the mailing panel.

Mailing your own 9x12 card to these same 5,000 homes runs about $1,700 to $2,200 in postage and printing before anyone designs it. Your category on the Corridor Card is one flat price, and the design is included.
| USPS Every Door Direct Mail, 5,000 homes | $1,300 |
| Printing 5,000 9x12 cards | $400 – $900 |
| Design | $150 – $500 |
| Your category on the Corridor Card | $499 |
Both include design, printing and postage. Both hold your category so nobody in your trade can take it while you are on the card.
No partial cards, no "we'll mail it later." If we don't hit the number, you get a full refund to the card you paid with, and we tell you before the deadline where we stand.
Pick your trade. If it says Open, it is yours the moment you check out. Reserved means someone in your trade beat you to this issue, and you can ask us about the next one.
Every residential address on the USPS carrier routes covering the Dominion, Leon Springs, La Cantera and Fair Oaks Ranch, ZIP codes 78257, 78255, 78256, 78015. We pick the routes with the most single-family homes first. It is delivered by the mail carrier with the rest of the day's mail, not left at the curb.
Five things: a real photo of you, your crew or your work (no stock, it reads as stock), your license number if your trade has one, one offer that adds value rather than cuts price (we'll draft three for you), one customer quote with a first initial and neighborhood, and the phone number that actually gets answered. We design the cell and send you a proof. Most advertisers approve it in one round.
Cells are placed as categories reserve, front first. Every cell is the same size, so no one is buried. Three-issue advertisers keep the same spot each month.
Call or email us and we put you first in line for the next issue in that category, with no deposit. If the current advertiser doesn't renew, the spot is yours.
Every cell carries its own tracking phone number and its own QR page, so calls and scans from the card are counted separately from everything else you do. Thirty days after the card lands you get a report: how many called, how many scanned, and the recordings, so you can hear the leads yourself.
The Corridor Card is published by River City Automations LLC, a San Antonio company whose owner runs his own local service business. The window-cleaning cell on Issue 1 is his. He built this because he wanted it for himself.
